Defective

I ordered this chair in both pink and lavender. The pink one is perfect for my daughter, if not a little big (but she will grow into it). The lavender one had rockers that were too short so the chair wouldn't sit upright, instead it leaned too far back. I imagine if I had let my daughter sit in it she would have just tipped all the way over backwards.I sent it back, received a replacement, and AGAIN the rocker was too short. I assume the problem is with the Lavender chairs only. Here's hoping the third time is a charm.

not well padded, wierd construction

I was pretty disappointed when we got this - the padding is fairly thin and for some reason, the back was not on straight. It's hard to describe, but pretty much, the back was slanted (in a front to back direction), even though the chair otherwise felt solid. The slant of the back, however, meant that the padding did not cover certain parts correctly, so there was just fabric over wood. My husband and I kind of puzzled over it for a bit to see if we could remedy the back, but we returned it. The green is brighter than you would expect based on the picture, but just more of a spring green, not quite neon (as described by another reviewer).

not what we expected

we actually ended up returning this. it rocked too far back and not enough forward. it wasn't even in the rocking. Our son fell backwards twice because it was rocking back too far. The quality of the chair was overall very nice and well made, it was just the rocking feature that didn't work very well.
