Latch mechanism needs work

While the gate looks good, the "hinge" function is pretty hokey. It relies onthe looseness of an eyehole screw for it's "travel" up and down above where the latch hooks into a hook mounted on the wall.An the latch is a very complex, not user friendly system of locking the gate in place, which sometimes gets stuck or doesn't close right.I made it work, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Very nice gate that ADDS to your home decor instead of looking like a big plastic band-aid stuck to your stairs. Easy to use, pretty easy to install, and so far triplet toddler-proof.
